DAY 1 – Meeting with a driver at your hotel

Bishkek-Karakol

Depart towards Issyk-Kul Lake.

The first stop on the way is the Burana Tower. We will have a short walk around the very famous ruins of the watchtower of the 9th century. We will visit the museum where the guide will tell you the story of this place and you can see ancient things, which were found during the excavation in the area. You will also go on top of the tower and can make nice shots with beautiful mountains behind.

After the Burana tower, we will continue our driving towards the lake. And the next stop will be yurt camp at the ethnocultural destination South shore, where we will have lunch in a yurt. 

After lunch, we are heading to Karakol city with one-stop for a short hike in top attraction canyon called Fairytale (Skazka). You will explore a rock formation like you are on the Mars surface. 

In the evening we will arrive at our guesthouse in Karakol. Dinner will be in one of the local cafes.

DAY 2 – Altyn Arashan hike

Get ready for a cool adventure. Today we are going to spend full day at Altyn Arashan, enjoying the fascinating alpine landscape. 

Here you will also enjoy a hot bath of natural thermal springs, which are very relaxing after an uphill challenge. 

In the evening we will come back to our guest house and will visit the local cafe for dinner. 

DAY 3 – Museum and City tour

Today is your cultural part of the tour. 

After breakfast, you will visit the local museum of Przhevalsky, where you will learn about the history of the city and explorers, who discover the region.

After the museum we come back to the city and visit the most interesting places like Dungan Mosque, Russian Orthodox church and explore architecture around the city. 

For lunch we will have Karakol`s famous dish Ash lian fu. 

After lunch we depart to Bishkek. We will come back to the city around 8 pm
